Conduct research in Public Policy and collaborate with the Fundação Joaquim Nabuco through its research projects, debates, and interdisciplinary discussions

FUNDAJ is a public organization in Recife founded in 1949 as Brazilian sociologist Gilberto Freyre’s brainchild. It aims to preserve Brazilian abolitionist Joaquim Nabuco’s cultural and historical legacy, emphasizing the Northern and Northeastern Brazilian regions.

The foundation welcomes research projects on any topic as long as it is related to any of the following disciplines:

Economics, Education, Environmental Sciences, History (American), History (non-U.S.), Political Science, Public Administration, Public Policy, and Sociology.
